This was not my first time eating at this restaurant, and I don’t think it will be my last.  My family has been vacationing to this island for years, and on most of our trips, we have had dinner  at The Green Flash.  The thing I love so much about eating out while on the island is that you really don’t have to dress up…you may want to change out of your bathing suit for this dinner but jacket is certainly not required.  When I am in Florida, I try to eat as much local seafood as I can so when I am here, I get the Florida Lobster.  Others may tell you the Seared Tuna is the way to go and truthfully, either way you will be happy.  Enjoy the view of the bay while you are here then head down the block to the gulf side and let me know if you see the “green flash” that supposedly happens at sunset…I have yet to see that.
