I admit that I say all too often that a new place I dine at is “my new favorite.” Opus Restaurant is no different. While wanting to eat here for a while now, I finally had the chance at their new location in the Cherry Creek area of Denver. Since teaming up with their sister restaurant, they are now know as Opus Restaurant and Aria Wine Bar. Even with a soft opening on Christmas Eve, I was not disappointed with dining experience. A convenient location and new sleek, modern look, combined with delightfully well presented food, Opus Restaurant really might just be “my new favorite!” The service was attentive and friendly, the wine selection broad, and the food fantastic. The scallops with chorizo was light but packed with flavor, enjoyed with a crisp glass of sparkling rose. For an entree, I enjoyed the potato crusted chicken but can honestly say that the kale accompaniment on the dish was the best thing I tasted. I will be making frequent and regular trips back to this restaurant for sure!
