If you are looking to celebrate a special occasion or have a romantic evening coupled with great food and spectacular views, then head to the hills in Boulder, CO to the Flagstaff Restaurant.  Before dining here, I had yet to find a restaurant in the Denver area that appeals to all the senses.  The meal is amazing from start to finish with delightful little surprises throughout.  The cocktails superb and the wine list is extensive.  While many places offer great food, Flagstaff restaurant offers a great dining experience.

Be sure to come hungry and enjoy the many offerings on the menu.  I always encourage people to try something new, and this place is the perfect spot to do so.the menu is printed daily so you may see something different each time but I enjoyed the Duck Liver Mousse (best I have ever had) and the Wagyu Strip Steak.  My husband had the Braised Bacon and the Buffalo Filet Mignon “Wellington” which I thought was the best thing I have ever tasted!
