EDGE – Denver, CO

An amazing dinner and fantastic service!  I love steakhouses and this place is no different.  The restaurant is inside the Four Seasons hotel so you expect quality which is exactly what I got in my meal from start to finish.  I often say that you can judge a restaurant by how good their bread tastes, and theirs is warm and crusty deliciousness.  For an appetizer, I had the Kobe Beef Hot Stone which was not only wonderful but fun.  The Seared Foie Gras appetizer is also worth a try.  For an entree, I decided to go with the signature Buffalo Rib Eye even though I sometimes find doing all the trimming to be to much work.  It had a wonderful flavor with plenty of meat to share.  Topped with a Butter Poached Half Lobster and I was in heaven.  For sides, the Crispy Mac N’ Cheese is a must have and is not the traditional filling side order you would think.  Paired with the Pickled Ginger & Chili Glazed Broccoli and I would say this is now one of my favorite restaurants in Denver.  For dessert, I can never turn down Warm Sticky Toffee Pudding or a Chocolate Tasting, and it was a great way to end the meal…paired with a Port wine of course 🙂
